Supporting Your Sensory Sensitive Child
Practical Tools and Compassionate Care

Learn how to identify sensory sensitivities and create a nurturing environment for your child’s emotional regulation and growth.
Sensory sensitivity occurs when a child’s nervous system processes sensory input (like sounds, touch, smell or movement) differently, making ordinary experiences feel overwhelming—or underwhelming.
Key Signs Your Child May Be Sensory Sensitive:
-
Over-Sensitivity: Easily overwhelmed by sounds, textures, smells or busy environments; avoids new activities.
-
Hypo-Sensitivity: Seeks constant stimulation, like jumping, spinning, or touching objects.
-
Interoceptive Challenges: Struggles with potty training or recognizing hunger, thirst, temperature or fatigue.

Hi there,
my name is Lourindi
As a mom of four and a professional with over 20 years of experience supporting families, I know firsthand the challenges that sensory sensitivities can bring into a home. I’ve navigated this journey both personally and professionally, and the information I share in this workshop comes from my desire to simplify things for parents like you. I believe in easy-to-do, practical strategies that can consistently bring calm to the chaos.
I've learned that by supporting parents, we naturally support children, and the wellbeing of one is deeply connected to the other!
It’s my greatest joy and passion to see the joy of parenting return to homes! This inspired the creation of our first workshops, and it's been growing ever since. Helping parents like you with compassionate guidance and practical tools is what I love. Through these workshops, I provide insights to bring more calm, connection, and understanding to your family life.
Join me as we explore the dynamics of parenting your sensory-sensitive kiddo and discover strategies that can transform your parenting journey.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
